Which of the following social activities would you like to join on Sunday (22nd of June)? *

The hike will take us to Uetliberg, is around 4.2 km long and will take ca. 4h. The starting point is easily accessible by tram. The hike will start in the afternoon and we can adjust the exact time according to your needs. It will be guided by Anja. The guided city tour will take place at 17:00 and will take you through downtown Zürich during 90 min. A guide from FreeWalk Zürich will be leading the tour.

Are you interested in visiting University Hospital Balgrist's Operating Room X (OR-X) during our social evening on Monday (23rd of June)? *

OR-X is a fully equipped operating room that can be used for surgical training, prototype development and validation. (Unofficially: OR-X is a nerd's dream come true. It's an operating room dedicated solely to experimentation with new types of technologies.) The OR-X visit will take around 20 - 30 min. OR-X is located on the ground floor of University Hospital Balgrist. Our opening evening social will be located on its rooftop. Would you like to be the leader of one of the lunch groups? *

We will suggest groups for the lunch breaks consisting of 4 participants for 3 out of the 5 Bumblekite week days. We created the lunch groups as a structure to support participants that might find it challenging to approach new people and to maximise the number of people you interact with during the week. The lunch group leader is responsible for bringing together the members of their lunch group at the beginning of lunch time.

We are looking to understand further and act on the critical feedback we have received from the past participants about the value of our communication sessions.
