Dear Bumblekite lecturer,

Thank you once again for joining us for our Bumblekite 2025.
We are honoured and thrilled to have you become a part of our community.

Information goals
The aim of this form is to give the participants a better picture of your professional and personal trajectory.

We believe seeing you as a person will make it easier for the participants to approach you, e.g. we think asking a person who likes to read about the latest book or article they have read can feel less intimidating than talking to a person we primarily see as a senior scientist, or an executive we admire and would really love to make a great first impression on.
With this in mind, some of the questions below may feel very personal. If you are not comfortable answering any of them, please go ahead and skip the ones you do not wish to answer. Your comfort is important to us.

We will publish your answers on our Bumblekite 2025 webpage (with the exception of the last one) a few days after you have filled in the form. For inspiration you can read the answers of our Bumblekite 2024 lecturers by clicking on their names.

Your answers will remain visible on our website after the end of Bumblekite 2025. If you at any point change your mind and would like us to remove your answers, please contact us at bumblekite-team@four-corp.com (both Anja and Antonija read emails that arrive at this email address).

Personal experiences

The following questions involve reflections of your personal journey.

Life is filled with victories and valuable lessons learned, especially when you are trying something new. Can you tell us please about a time you failed, how you overcame it and what you learned from it?

In times when nothing seems to be going right, knowing someone we look up to has failed can be a great comfort. We hope that our participants will remember your answers in moments of need and draw strength from them.

Is there an achievement that you are particularly proud of?

What or who inspires you? Whose work do you admire? Why? Give us 1-2 examples.

This is a question we asked our participants as well. We are curious to see if there are common names and themes emerging.

One of the most dreaded introductory questions: What is a fun/quirky/geeky fact about you? :)

What are the hobbies you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Are there aspects of your work or knowledge that you are especially enthusiastic about and wish people asked you about more often?
