Film and photography
consent form
During Bumblekite 2025, we are not recording our sessions nor making the curriculum materials available to the public. We would appreciate it if you did the same. This behavior in return enables us to foster deeply honest, vulnerable and direct conversations in the lecture room where we will spend most of our time together.
We do have a videographer on site to film materials for a short promotion movie for Bumblekite 2026, just as the one we have on our Bumblekite 2023, 2024 and 2025 pages.
Meltem has been our close collaborator since the Bumblekite’s beginnings. We are lucky to have her return to us for the 4th year in a row, especially considering how sought after her artistic capabilities are.
Meltem will also capture photos throughout the week, which we will be publishing on our website and our LinkedIn page. With this form, we would like to kindly ask you for your permission to use the footage that Meltem has created. We respect your decision if you decide that your consent will not be granted.
You can read more about our thoughts on privacy on our about page.
You will be able to review the materials and change your decision before we publish any material featuring you. In practice, this means that Anja will share you a link to a shared Google Drive shortly after our week together where you will be able to review all the photos, before we dive into sharing our Bumblekite 2025 impressions with the world.
We will be sharing the video footage with you for your final review towards the beginning of next year.
Artist credit
If you wish to share your impressions, learnings and other thoughts with your social media and other digital communities featuring Meltem’s and Frenci’s work, we would appreciate it if you would credit them at the end of your posts, messages and write ups (see our LinkedIn post as an example).
This small act of kindness holds tremendous value for artists, especially in the AI era in which we are in. Thank you in advance.
